Once a request has been submitted (website/email/phone) we'll set up a time for our team to come out and do the install. The first step is to ensure a quality connection. We have very high standards for connectivity which ensures long term reliability. Once we have found a good line of site to our towers, we'll discuss with you the logistics of the install and get to work. An install typically takes 1.5-2.5 hours to complete. If for some reason we cannot find a suitable line of site, it's no cost to you and we'll put you on our uninstallable list in the hope we'll eventually have a new site that can cover the location.
